Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control,Quality Management System

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 4–5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing.

  • Preferred Background: Experience in healthcare service, Specially in Medical College Hospital, Diagnostic Center, Blood Bank or third-party auditing.

  • Certifications (preferred): Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 17020:2012.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and other compliance frameworks.

  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and investigations.

  • Familiarity with buyer compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, CSR, ISO).

  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

  • Timely completion of internal audits and corrective actions.

  • Ability to train and guide staff on compliance and quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct internal quality audits, prepare audit reports, and share findings with management.

  • Maintain organizational accreditation and ensure continuous compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards.

  • Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, updates, and implementation.

  • Ensure calibration and verification of equipment by the Calibration Team.

  • Conduct compliance tests (e.g., Munsell Hue Test) and prepare documentation.

  • Implement and monitor ISO, SOP, and DQM/MSP requirements across relevant departments.

  • Train staff on ISO 9001:2015 standards, QMS procedures, and best practices.

  • Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.

  • Support management reviews, compliance meetings, and external audits.

  • Perform ad-hoc quality and compliance activities as assigned by management.
