Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment as per quality measurements by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
∎ Execute testing in terms of color (Color Fastness Wash, Color Fastness to Rubbing), size & quality by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools through historic data and submit test reports to concerned authority.
∎ Execute inline highest quality check as per production order/job bag instructions on sample basis.
∎ Identify loopholes during dyeing, cutting; sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement to full fill the customer needs according to product specification and production order/job bag instructions.
∎ Follow up the day to day functions with other shift members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department regarding sample development and production status to meet shipment deadline.
∎ Assist the audit team to close the non-compliance issues and visit sub contract factories to evaluate performance as per quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with the production team and buyer to assure quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with store as per Stock Keeping Unit.
∎ Analyze yarn and all accessories for efficient execution of quality audit.
∎ Execute team meeting, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
∎ Execute pre-production meeting as per each style and assess risk in terms of quality to meet buyer requirements.
