Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Preferably 3-5 years practical experience in purchase different materials of construction in the Real Estate Sectors with computer sharp knowledge and operate the Purchase software.
• Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel and typing speed will be 15-20 word per minute.
• Must be capable in Database, knowledge and operate the Purchase software.
• Capable to drive motor cycle with driving license. 

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for construction materials with finishing item.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost effective purchasing of materials (Specially electric cable, switch-socket, tiles etc.) including payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality materials as per project schedules.
• Prepare and manage purchase requisition, purchase orders, contacts, invoicing and relevant documentation properly.
• Co-ordinate with project managers, site engineers, store in charge and account department to align procurement activities with project need.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• To resolve any delivery issues, delays or discrepancy promptly.
