∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate closely with the Product Development Manager to execute the entire product development process, from initial concept to final product realization.
∎ Assist in managing and organizing the product development team's operational activities, including coordination with cross-functional partners for raw materials, sample development, production, and deliveries.
∎ Play an active role in the product development journey, collaborating with design, development, production, and sourcing teams to ensure high-quality standards are upheld.
∎ Support the assessment of market trends and identification of opportunities for new product development, aligning with brand positioning and customer preferences.
∎ Regularly update and communicate production status, sampling progress, and relevant information to the Manager and other team members.
∎ Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, aimed at optimizing the brand's sourcing strategy on a global scale.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to ensure the womenswear product line aligns with the seasonal collection, brand vision, and market trends.
∎ Assist in budget management for the womenswear product line, ensuring expenses align with seasonal forecasts and financial objectives, while minimizing waste.
∎ Maintain accurate records of the Bill of Materials (BOM), Work In Process (WIP), and Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Foster positive relationships with suppliers to facilitate timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality product manufacturing.
∎ Take responsibility for order handling, from development to shipment, ensuring seamless execution.
∎ Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong supplier network that supports the organizational strategy.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of quality products that meet production standards.
∎ Adhere to legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, and company policies, promoting ethical and sustainable practices.
∎ Elevate critical concerns related to delivery and capacity to the attention of the Manager and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Monitor production flow regularly to ensure alignment with production planning.
∎ Work alongside and learn from the Manager to enhance product development capabilities.
∎ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparent communication and alignment during the product development lifecycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of fabric qualities, yarn, measurements, pattern, fit, and technical aspects of garment construction within womenswear.
∎ Proven experience in a product development role, with the ability to execute tasks effectively under guidance.
∎ Familiarity with product development processes, including design, material sourcing, sample development, and production.
∎ Awareness of industry trends and innovative product development practices.
∎ Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers.
∎ Proficiency in fashion-graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Ability to manage timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and aligned with quality standards.
∎ Problem-solving capabilities to address potential challenges in product development.
∎ Experience working with time and action calendars across the product development lifecycle.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
∎ Proactive mindset for contributing to process improvement and optimization.
∎ Passion for women's fashion and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
∎ Minimum 4+ years of experience in product development, preferably in womenswear.

∎ Should have proficiency in English

∎ Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
