Requirements:
- At least 2 years
Skills Required: Marketing and Sales,Ms Office Suite,Time Management skills,Working under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
Office Hours: Saturday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:·
- Verbal Communicate with customers, email, WhatsApp etc
- Handle multiple conversations (calls, chats, emails) simultaneously·
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner·
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times·
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases when needed·
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately·
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure full customer satisfaction·
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure high-quality service·
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction·
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to support sales activities·
- Must exceed customer expectations through accurate and responsive service
