Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate Marketing Strategy.
∎ To set and achieve Monthly Marketing targets across the product Line - All Over Printing and Piece Dyed.
∎ Pricing, costing and order confirmation etc. ? Maintain Buyer requirements with following standard operating procedure. Assure the satisfaction of existing customer..
∎ Conduct Market research & develop Marketing plan.
∎ To develop new customers with Marketing efforts across multiple segments -Brands, Garment Factories and Retail & Trade Channel in Bangladesh.
∎ To develop Marketing Team.
∎ Foster Customer Relationship- Establish and maintain good relationships with decision makers / influencers and key persons of various business associates.
∎ Disseminate company's culture and values in the Marketing team.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with other functions.
∎ Collaborate with Operations to achieve Business goals .
∎ Provide inputs for preparation of annual business plan.
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlights: Plan vs Achieved Marketing, Reasons for shortfall, SWOT analysis etc.
∎ Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required .
∎ Managing and driving marketing teams to achieve targets, arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (All Over Printing), Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): All Over Printing, Textile
∎ Must be marketing Sales 10 Account .

∎ Strategic thinking
∎ Minimum 05-07 years of experience in Marketing of All Over Printing in Bangladesh
∎ Having worked in Bangladesh Textile Firms in Bangladesh
∎ Exposure to global markets and top brands in the world
∎ Comes with a good Rolodex of connects and network in the market
∎ Has done similar roles in the past and have a proven track record
∎ Has the potential to grow into a country manager level over a period of time
