Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description
Formulation
Conduct literature reviews, RLD characterization, and pre-formulation studies
Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products
Prepare regulatory documents (stability protocol, PPDS, recipe, annexures, etc.)
Perform stability studies and prepare development reports
Manage pilot, scale-up, exhibit, and PV batch manufacturing
Support reformulation initiatives for cost and quality improvements
Ensure RM/PM readiness and maintain R&D equipment records
Carry out other responsibilities assigned by management
Analytical
Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing products
Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products
Perform stability studies and cleaning method validations
Calibrate, qualify, and maintain analytical instruments
Transfer methods to QC and update SOPs/STPs as per regulatory standards (WHO, MHRA, PIC/S)
Carry out other responsibilities assigned by management
