Responsibilities & Context:
SQUARE TEXTILES DIVISION is a venture of SQUARE GROUP, which has the most sophisticated and advanced textile yarn manufacturing, composite knit, denim & woven garments setup. We produce for the leading and renowned brands in the world. Right now we are looking for some energetic and result oriented team members for our Internal Audit Department of SQUARE Textiles Division.
Job Location:
Head Office
Frequent Factory visit at Mymensingh, Gazipur & Habiganj.
Major Duties and responsibilities:
Risk Assessment of Boiler, Generator, Electrical Appliances, Fire and other equipments.
Assessment of Operational Efficiency of equipment in terms of energy efficiency including material and spare parts Usage Optimization.
Assessing cost of power, steam and compressed air in the factory.
Reviewing different compliance (Internal and external) requirements of building structure, machinery specification, fire & safety etc.
Reviewing technical feasibility and comparative performance evaluation of all purchased machineries, equipment and spare parts etc.
Ensure appropriate and adequate controls are being introduced into new areas of activity through major system, development work and other major process changes.
Communicate high risks areas with process owners and top management.
