Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and Verify PI release to open BTB/TT/FDD on ERP and hard copy.
∎ Assist to prepare buying commission document.
∎ Prepare monthly CM.
∎ Give acceptance to supplier for BTB commission LC.
∎ Provide PI approval status to accounts department for acceptance purpose.
∎ Take approval of PSC, OD, STL doc.
∎ Ensure fund transfer application approval and submission.
∎ Take FDD/Pay order approval, submission and collection.
∎ Prepare C.I.P document.
∎ Ensure new Bank account open and maintenance.
∎ Assist on Khajna, Municipal tax payment.
