Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check bills, Vouchers and ensure settlement of payable to Agent & oversee receivables/ payables.
∎ Coordinate and ensure team activity, managing affairs of team leaders, branch offices to cater the right outcome as service KPI expected as per the organizational structure of the department
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transactions in ERP accounting system
∎ To prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Deal account payable and account receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof
∎ Operate ERP Accounting system to input regular transaction
∎ Assist to prepare monthly liability position
∎ Management of petty cash
∎ Prepare monthly management reports
∎ Oversee cash flow management, writing cheque etc.
∎ Assisting budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
∎ Develop relationships with external advisors, e.g. Solicitors and Banks
∎ Liaise with internal auditors
∎ Any other task assign by line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ - Sunday is off day
∎ - Office Hour (11AM - 08PM)

Salary: Negotiable
