Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn about the products in detail and ensure adequate knowledge sharing about the Jewelry items with the customers to make them decide on their purchase happily.
∎ Learn the total process of the business and get knowledge on cross functional departments which includes Marketing, Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Admin & others.
∎ Ensure proper presentation of the jewelries in the shop floor.
∎ Arrange storage and replenishment of the stock properly.
∎ Understand customer's need, recommend the right products and ensure outstanding service to them.
∎ Resolve any issue of any customer regarding the products or services.
∎ Approach potential customers, offer advice and help hesitant customers to make a decision and try to close the sales.
∎ Execute daily/weekly/monthly sales target.
∎ Ensure the physical stock count every week of the designated inventory.
∎ Ensure the quality checking of assigned stocks every week.
∎ Ensure adequate data to complete the customer database and support the Marketing Coordinator on any kind of customer related information.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Business.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Office Hour: 11AM - 08PM
∎ Off Day: Sunday
