Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunity for business and do necessary research and suggest the management for business expansion
∎ Identify the development areas of existing business operations and suggest modification to increase sales & profitability
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
∎ Conduct feasibility study of the proposed projects with appropriate recommendation
∎ Oversee the implementation of new projects and ensure timely execution with appropriate budget
∎ Prepare appropriate business plan for the new business projects suitable for the company and for the industry
∎ Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team members and provide guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
∎ Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure effective translation of the overall strategic direction
∎ Developed high-level relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Perform Market analysis and research on the latest trends.
∎ Prepare detailed promotional presentation
∎ Research and evaluate competition marketing and digital content.
∎ Ideation and give creative team proper brief for creating high quality promotional materials
∎ Work closely with the sales team for execution of marketing strategies
∎ Prepare various reports for helping in decision making of the department.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest information of the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to perform data analysis & prepare necessary reports.
∎ Advanced skill in using MS Office.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
