Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in any other Subject
∎ Master's degree in Psychology/ Social Science /any discipline from reputed Public University
∎ Any third class not allowed
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel Employees' for issues regarding safe working environment, financial or legal concerns, healthcare concerns etc.
∎ Extend individual counselling for absenteeism, late coming and motivate Employees' to be disciplined & punctual at work.
∎ Conduct counseling session with Employees' on their work place incident or particular aspect of performance to provide constructive feedback and thus correct their work-related problems.
∎ Address Employees'' emotion, anger, anxiety, confusion and the like arising out of their work and offer counseling to minimize them while enhancing their coping ability.
∎ Assist in developing coping strategies for Employees' in the organization.
∎ Develop a Client-Centered or Non Directive Counseling Method throughout the organization to help improve the industrial environment as well as relationship among employer and employees.
∎ Assist HR Department in developing Personalized Recovery Programs that help to establish healthy behaviors among supervisors and Employees' at all levels.
∎ Develop reporting matrix and prepare daily, quarterly and monthly report.
∎ Give each and every worker's issue due weight-age and listen attentively with due sympathy to the aggrieved to help develop a Counseling Relationship.
∎ Guide the aggrieved Employees' positively through counseling to desired objective of both individual and organizational well-being.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to stay near the work place.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of IRS.
∎ Knowledge on Labour Law.
∎ Knowledge on human behaviour & judgement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) Textile Garments
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Listening skills
∎ Sensitivity and empathy
∎ Patience and a calm manner

∎ Ability to relate to a wide range of people
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali
