Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets and growth as per management expectations.
∎ Motivating the customers to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Client installment date wise monthly monitoring plan prepare & follow-up accordingly.
∎ Installment collection of both current and matured files
∎ Proper and regular communication with clients.
∎ Client-wise client status up-date & records keeping.
∎ Client orientation, information, motivation & others necessary support provide in order to achieve collections targets
∎ Ensure achievement of model wise, area wise revenue targets
∎ Ensure periodic monitoring of customer’s credit reports.
∎ Prepare feedback Report & Daily activities reports submits to ZM/RM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
