Must have ERP (Software) knowledge.
Daily lead generation with proper entry in ERP (Software).
Good experience in client management (Communication, Project Visit, Client Office visit)
Punctuality is must.
Qualifications:
02 to 03 years proven experience in real estate sales.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
