- Daily lead generation with proper entry in ERP (Software).
- Good experience in client management (Communication, Project Visit, Client Office visit) Punctuality is must.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with 01 to 02 years in an executive or senior sales role.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Search and select potential buyers and investors, highlighting features and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote the company and generate leads.
• Provide market analysis and insights to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve the given monthly sales target.
