• Overseeing the succeeding team members to achieve the company`s sales target.

• Ensure the achievement of targeted sales by yourself as well as your team members.

• Prepare a strategic plan and develop as when required.

• Supervise the ensuing team members every day and make sure the working activities of them.

• Lead the team members and coordinate with the line manager to share the updated information.

• Increase customer data and maintain relations with the client.

• Make sure that team members are preserving departmental policies and implementing them.

• Measure the team member`s expertise and share it with the line manager for their proper training.

• Suggest a new sales technique for company growth and profitability

• Monitoring competitive market and proposing for future development to the line manager.

• Make sure that your following team members comprehend the departmental goals, the company`s objective, mission, and vision.

• Prepare proficient everyday sales reports for the department.

• Should be capable to perform of any of the company assigned special work.
