Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
∎ Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.
∎ Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day to day performance,
∎ Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
∎ Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
∎ To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum
∎ Must be excellent negotiation skills.
