Responsibilities & Context:
This is a target oriented senior management position and the suitable candidate should have proven track experience in similar industry.
To lead the sales team by monitoring day to day activities of sales people.
To work for ensuring the company’s overall sales goal.
To deal with the Customers to meet their requirements.
To generate sales with existing customers and develop new customer for extension of market share.
To have the analytical power for the trend of Lubricants oil market for strategical decision.
To conduct time to time market survey for understanding of market demand.
To monitor team`s performance and motivating them to achieve the sales targets.
To assist management for executing Marketing & Sales plans and managing operational activities.
Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh ( Preferable Location: Barishal, Khulna, Rangpur, Sylhet)
