∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cement company, Ceramic Factory, Fertilizer Factory, Gypsum Board Factory, Paint Factory, Poultry Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cement Industry, Fisheries, Paint, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the largest group of companies in Bangladesh. The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ Currently we are Looking Executive- Sales for Raw Materials Item to smooth our corporate sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies according to management instructions.
∎ Develop and implement market plans in regional markets to achieve sales goals both in volume and profitability.
∎ Develop and sustain long-term account development strategies with high value regional existing and potential customers with strong potential for repeat business achieve through primary customer contacts and key account management.
∎ Undertake relevant market research in target markets.
∎ Understand and analyses market conditions to negotiate optimal pricing agreements with customers.
∎ Follow up payments and overdoes, settle customer queries and complaints according to instructions from quality department OR based on commercial decisions/reality.
∎ Identify and reach out effectively to new and prospective accounts through cold calling, literature, online flyers, trade shows etc.
∎ Participate in company's promotion campaigns and marketing projects.
∎ Manage and monitor reasonable sales expenses to achieve targets.
∎ Work closely with Customer Support to enhance communication between the customers and production personnel within the group.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
