Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ BBA/ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA from reputed public or private university.
∎ Applicants studied in Marketing might get performance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of Double Glazed Glass works in commercial or residential building/floors/flats.
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong and work friendly relationship with the clients.
∎ Manage existing & potential clients by physical project/sales visits and face to face contact with the clients.
∎ The applicant must have experience & capability to convince clients to go for Double Glazed Glass works.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis of own business activities.
∎ Visit different Architect firms/ organizations/work sites for developing business and creating new customers/clients.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports for in charge and top management.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to find and convince new clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience not required.
∎ Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
∎ Applicants having Motor Bike License and drive well will be given performance (Not applicable for females).
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
