Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall knowledge on Developers company and to have must well experienced to market analysis.
∎ Should have very pleasant Personality with excellent communication skill.
∎ Should be hard working with fervent attitude & should be Team Oriented.
∎ Upright Knowledge of Real Estate Sector.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges to meet monthly and yearly sales the target.
∎ Should be Sound in Basic Computer Application.
∎ Meet with key customers and maintain close relationships to close deals.
∎ Acquire new customer and visit outdoor frequently.
∎ Market survey, client hunt, creating potential market opportunity.
∎ Maintain exceptional relationship and follow up with prospective and current clients.
∎ Follow-up clients through phone calls, E-mails and physical visit to generate sales.
∎ Capable of doing tasks assigned by office management.
∎ Candidates from Real Estate Marketing backgrounds will get preference.
