Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain cash book regularly .
∎ Update I.O.U book regularly (both software & manual)
∎ Prepare credit voucher regularly.
∎ Able to post credit voucher on ledger book.
∎ to prepare various money receipt.
∎ Prepare Weekly progress report (WPR) as per HOD instruction.
∎ Prepare daily payment schedule.
∎ Prepare monthly receive-payment.
∎ Prepare financial statement. (Monthly)
∎ Prepare journal voucher.
∎ Prepare debit voucher.
∎ Posting ledger page number in cash book.
∎ Prepare bank receive voucher.
∎ Posting bank receive voucher.
∎ Reconciliation with bank statement every month.
∎ Work on TALLY. ERP-9 software.
∎ Check every kinds of PO bill & prepare payment voucher.
∎ Assist HOD in any kinds of V & T related tasks.
∎ Must be able to attached picture with every demand note.
∎ Write down all types of note and application for approval.
∎ Face Managing director for any kinds of accounts related queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have real working experience in pure accounting management.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
