Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ▪ Developing an appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ ▪ Develop a procurement plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ ▪ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of user demand.
∎ ▪ Best yearly plan for company’s all types of requisition from project/factory.
∎ ▪ Requisition received and analysis.
∎ ▪ Prepare BOQ/RFQ for collect quotation.
∎ ▪ Communicate with all vendors via phone, email, video conference oral conversation and physical visit.
∎ ▪ Prepare the Comparative Statement and get approval from management.
∎ ▪ Negotiate with vendors to meet up the company benefit.
∎ ▪ Prepare purchase order/work order.
∎ ▪ Follow up materials loading, transportation, unloading and lifting systems.
∎ ▪ Follow up bill process.
∎ ▪ Ensure product quality for project/factory responsible person.
∎ ▪ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand.
∎ ▪ Attend all kind of managerial meeting related supply chain concerned.
∎ ▪ Any other jobs which provided by management.
