Job Context:
∎ Sr. Executive / Executive-Tele Marketing & Front Desk (Real State)
∎ We are looking for a Smart, Energetic, and Dynamic Tele Marketing & Front Desk Sr. Executive / Executive for our reputed company.
∎ Euro Bangla Builders (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the properties development company in Bangladesh. We are looking for committed & performance drives candidate in our front desk &Tele Marketing team. This candidate should have at least 3 years of proven experience in Tele Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
∎ Keep a record of staff movements.
∎ Phone call to potential customers and categorize them.
∎ Explain the product or service to potential customers.
∎ Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
∎ Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
∎ Lead management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
∎ Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
∎ Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
∎ Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
∎ Writing document Microsoft office (English & Bangla).
∎ Any other assignment was given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Customer Relation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Call Center, Real Estate
∎ Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & CRM (Preference will be given to candidate who has knowledge in CRM)
