Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare credit analysis reports every month and disseminate to marketing and sales team.
∎ Prepare individual and region wise overdue, outstanding and collection report.
∎ Visit critical customers and ensure payment of overdue from complicated customers.
∎ Maintain liaison with local govt. organizations and low enforcing authority and ensure legal support.
∎ Check individual customers ledgers and find out mismatches.
∎ Prepare SOPs related to credit sale and recovery for sales and recovery team.
∎ Check sales documents, prepare credit approval letters and monitor credit limits.
∎ Analyse customers payment behaviour and prepare customer wise reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit & recovery.
∎ Sound analytical ability and reasoning skills.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal skills and Social skills.
∎ Flexibility to move frequently outside Dhaka.
