Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably in CS/ CSE /SWE/EEE/ETE/ BBA/ English or Science Background from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Project proposal writing, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Technical Documentation, Tender, Tender Documents, Tender Preparation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare tender documentation
∎ To keep record of published tender and follow up with team leader
∎ Have to knowledge and capability to Prepare EOI, RFP, all kinds of Tender document and other business proposals.
∎ To Ensure documentation is easy to read, grammatically perfect, succinct, adheres to standards, and is, overall, effective in terms of intended purpose
∎ To Develop Technical Proposal along with diagrams
∎ To Prepare proposal and business presentation.
∎ Have to Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Any Other duties assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The capability of understanding, innovation, and development of tender Documentation experience is required with the Software company, especially in the technical proposal section experience is a must for Sr.Executive.
∎ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
∎ Written fluency in English, a plus.
∎ Ability to draw any kind of Technical Diagram
∎ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, a plus.
∎ Good presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently with fixed deadlines.
