  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing, SMS marketing and SEO management

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance



Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Senior Executive to lead and elevate our digital marketing strategy across both Footwear and Apparel categories. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a passion for brand-building and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in brand-focused digital marketing, coupled with strong analytical acumen and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through smart product assortment, effective planning, and seamless execution across all digital channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Buying (Meta & Google)

    • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

    • Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs

    • Create, test, and refine ad creatives and audience targeting strategies

    • Track and analyse campaign performance to guide strategic decisions

  • E-Commerce Marketing

    • Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for e-commerce platforms through integrated marketing strategies

    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create product-focused campaigns

    • Optimise product listings and landing pages for both organic and paid visibility

    • Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to maintain competitiveness

  • SEO Management

    • Develop and implement SEO strategies for brand and e-commerce websites to drive organic traffic.

    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimisation.

    • Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.

    • Monitor SEO performance and report on rankings, traffic, and conversion improvements.

  • Reporting & Optimisation

    • Create regular performance reports with actionable insights.

    • Continuously test and optimise strategies for better results.

    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
