3–5 years of proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing, SMS marketing and SEO management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Senior Executive to lead and elevate our digital marketing strategy across both Footwear and Apparel categories. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a passion for brand-building and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in brand-focused digital marketing, coupled with strong analytical acumen and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through smart product assortment, effective planning, and seamless execution across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Buying (Meta & Google)
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs
Create, test, and refine ad creatives and audience targeting strategies
Track and analyse campaign performance to guide strategic decisions
E-Commerce Marketing
Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for e-commerce platforms through integrated marketing strategies
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create product-focused campaigns
Optimise product listings and landing pages for both organic and paid visibility
Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to maintain competitiveness
SEO Management
Develop and implement SEO strategies for brand and e-commerce websites to drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimisation.
Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
Monitor SEO performance and report on rankings, traffic, and conversion improvements.
Reporting & Optimisation
Create regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously test and optimise strategies for better results.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
