CRM Management:
Develop and Manage CRM Campaigns: Plan and execute email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns to engage and retain customers.·
CRM Development and Sales Growth: Use and develop CRM software in collaboration with software developer to achieve maximum customer loyalty and sales generation on a regular basis.
Customer Segmentation: Create targeted customer segments based on shopping behavior, demographics, and preferences.
Analyze Customer Insights: Monitor and interpret customer data to identify trends, improve personalization, and optimize customer journeys.
Retention Strategies: Develop strategies to boost customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and reduce churn.
Digital Marketing:
Social Media Campaigns: Design, implement, and analyze social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Marketing: Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
SEO & Website Optimization: Work on improving website traffic through organic and paid strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with design, e-commerce, and sales teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
Manage external agencies and partners for marketing and CRM tools.
