∎ The Sr. Executive will report to the Key Account Manager of the organization. In general, the incumbent will be responsible to monitor market trends, set plan to achieve sales targets, perform market research to ensure sales that are relevant and assist in the development of new sales strategies to increase sales. He will maintain and expand relationships with important clients and will work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular modern trade outlets visit to achieve sales target in every month
∎ Source for new corporate clients through own and mutual reference
∎ Prepare business proposal and send quotation according to the requirement of the clients
∎ Submit samples based on client requirements.
∎ Implement any new procedures for corporate clients & modern trade
∎ Take initiatives or required steps for Agreement and complete enlistment process
∎ Keep track of existing stock by maintain Excel Sheet of each outlet
∎ Based on the availability of stocks generate orders by communicating outlet in charges.
∎ Coordinate with factory for production and delivery date of the order
∎ Follow up and payment collection according to the applied conditions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales and Modern Trade.
∎ Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
∎ Proven track record and sales closure in Corporate Sales and Modern Trade
∎ Sense of authority and confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process
∎ Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel.
∎ Good relationship with Banks, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance Company is highly preferable.
