∎ The Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager will report to the Head of Operation of the organization. In general, the incumbent will be responsible to monitor marketing trends, make design, perform marketing research to ensure a brand`s products or services are relevant and assist in the development of new marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a great position for people who enjoy being creative while helping to implement strategies for increasing sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present and execute creative ideas with design for marketing activities.
∎ Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
∎ Produce advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions in social media.
∎ Regular design activity
∎ Social media creative design
∎ Content write up for social media post
∎ Create social media boosting budget & follow-up with boosting agency
∎ Animation and video editing
∎ Packaging design
∎ Signboard design
∎ Outlet promotional material design
∎ Outlet branding material design
∎ Any other design assign by the HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in brand management & creative, design works.
∎ Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects, Adobe light room, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
