Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all import & export activities
∎ Tracking Follow up & ISF data fillings with clearance
∎ Correspond with C&F, Freight Forwarding agent for on time shipment.
∎ Prepare and maintain the shipment projection plan.
∎ Prepare and check the documentation: PI, PO, Invoice, Packing list, BL, CO, Bill of exchange, SAFTA Costing, Acceptance etc.
∎ Follow up SEA/AIR/BY ROAD Shipment
∎ Prepare final buyer docs, financial docs & maintaining all reports
∎ Container Booking plan with Freight Forwarder companies.
∎ Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
∎ Regular Track the container and update to the buyers.
∎ Follow up with factories & forwarder
∎ Ensure delivery of the goods in time by strong follow up.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good Command in English (Both speaking & writing)
∎ Computer skills (MS word, excel, internet browsing)

Salary: Negotiable
