∎ Post-graduation in pharmaceutical science, Applied Chemistry, or Biological Science from any reputed Public or Private University.
∎ MBA-Marketing, Finance, and International Business.
∎ MBA completion will get preference
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,North South University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Profrssional certified candidate will get preferance
∎ Training/Trade Course: sales,marekting,science
∎ Skills Required: Customer and Supplier Handling
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Good communication skills, Sales & Marketing, Strong interpersonal skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical promotion/sales/market development of the industrial & specialty chemicals for international & domestic markets.
∎ To serve chemical & technical support & services.
∎ Hit sales targets in the B2B sector and ensure brand expansion-Identify prospective customers/suppliers and market area's growth overall sales ensuring company profitability.
∎ Follow up on all existing inquiries & generate new project/prospect pipelines aiming sales to new B2B customers.
∎ Support, Maintain, and grow current business.
∎ To negotiate the offers and close the deals with customers & suppliers.
∎ To keep regular updates on raw materials status (in and out) and market trends (domestic & international).
∎ To maintain our regular supplier communication via email, social media, LinkedIn, phone & other different media.
∎ To monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
∎ To work in close coordination with our company's higher management.
∎ To identify opportunities to grow through tradeshows, expos, and distributorship.
∎ To Attend chemical exhibitions, fairs & other industry events to expand your network and boost our business relationships.
∎ Intensive market research focusing on expanding the company's customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English & excellent communication skill.
∎ Good interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with customers &
∎ suppliers.
∎ Computer skills experience: Mid to high office, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft
∎ 365.
∎ Firm Commitment to long-term cooperation.
∎ Ready for challenges & to achieve targets.
∎ Food, Pharma & personal care chemical sales, Sales & Marketing in FMCG.
∎ Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience.
