∎ 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably focusing on Software products, B2B solutions, and SaaS/Cloud email solutions.
∎ Experience in a customer-facing environment.
∎ Have experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
∎ Experience planning, pitching, and documenting.
∎ Knowledge of communication and negotiation strategy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's product or service.
∎ Updating customer information in the database as instructed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email solutions both offline and online.
∎ Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
∎ Deliver against business and pipeline goals, prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
∎ Discover and understand customer requirements on both a business and technical level, and close sales.
∎ Build and maintain executive relationships with the customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
∎ Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.
∎ Familiar with CRM software like Hubspot, Asana, Odoo, and others.
