Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads.

• Prospect and connect with potential or existing clients through targeted cold calling and email campaigns about the product or service.

• Answer questions about products or the company.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.

• Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.

• Take and process customer queries/complaints in an accurate manner.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.

• Requirements & Skills:

• Basic knowledge in SaaS products, e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing

• Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

• Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating CRM software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
