Brand Planning/ Development

Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to formulate the annual business plan and marketing plan
∎ Generates ideas for product development and promotional strategies
∎ Plan & execute brand activation through ATL & BTL communication
∎ Support to develop brand plans including brand positioning, performance analysis, communication strategy and promotion strategy.
∎ Distribute promotional materials as per schedule.
∎ Monitor competitors' branding activities and perform brand protection activities.
∎ Monitor market trends and research consumer markets
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and Research Partners)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a cross-functional team
∎ Analytic and creative thinking skills
∎ Business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
∎ Moderate knowledge on drafting in various software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
