• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in EEE / ETE / ECE / CE from any reputed university.

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 05 (five) years of industry experience or related customer service experience required, especially experience in chromatography service.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• High quality organizational skills.

• The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Regularly field visit and coordinating and monitoring the service team.

• Perform other assignment as and when required by the department/management.

• Responsible for promptly identifying and resolving service issues.

• Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.

• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.

• Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.

• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base.

• Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services.
