Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or client-facing sales roles.

Skills:

• Proven track record of closing deals, achieving sales targets, and managing a client portfolio.
• Experience in site visits, negotiations, broker management, and property presentations is highly preferred.

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify and convert potential property buyers through calls, visits, and digital leads.
• Conduct site tours and explain project layouts, amenities, and pricing.
• Present property features and investment benefits to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals as per company policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned inventory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.
• Prepare sales reports, booking updates, and revenue forecasts.
• Support marketing events, open houses, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to final handover.
