∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Merchandising, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Excellent communication skill, Proactive and Positive attitude, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, Product Costing and budgeting, Product Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall follow up to execution and responsibility for M&S product development.
∎ Understand customer needs for new product range.
∎ Manage all development request.
∎ Check and keep track of development sample with approved swatch and customer reference.
∎ Manage all sample approval and convey the approvals for bulk production.
∎ Plan and execute the overall delivery schedule for development to shipment.
∎ Overall execution of sourcing and managing on-time delivery.
∎ Update M&S PLM system with BOM (Bill of Material Information).
∎ Execute trims and accessories booking and order follow up.
∎ Liaison with head office commercial for all documentation related with trims and accessories sourcing.
∎ Manage all documents and records related with M&S order and delivery.
∎ Initiate communication with Buyer and Supplier for all approvals and follow up the work-in-progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in accessories/trims sourcing in commercial binding for export industries.
∎ Experience in buyer handling.
∎ Smooth knowledge on textile/fabric processing.
∎ Able to handle work under pressure.
∎ Dedication to meet timeline and finding the finishing line.
∎ Welcoming team work and criticism for development.
∎ Strong traceability and follow up orientation.
