Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's sales targets
∎ Take action to discover potential markets and sales opportunities
∎ Establish effective Marketing strategies
∎ Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection and sales budgets
∎ Monitor and develop Business Partners' businesses
∎ Identify new sales prospects for the company
∎ Identify and build relationships with potential clients
∎ Expand client base in the Pharmaceutical/Food industry through planned visits
∎ Monitor sales records to meet targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 25 years with 2 year experience in sales/marketing sector
∎ Adequate computer knowledge as (MS word, Excel, email, power point) as required
∎ Must have Fluent in speaking Bangla & English and ability to write better English
∎ Demonstrate self-motivation, hard work, and ability to handle pressure
∎ Willingness to work beyond regular working hours
∎ Perform other duties assigned by management
