∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA in marketing from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating long and short term business plan of building products like Flats.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan of Flats for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Collection plan, customer relationship, and handling the grievance situation.
∎ Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Ensure overall sales target every month.
∎ Preparing training module for subordinate and ensure regular training.
∎ Properly maintain customer data base.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in every area's of operation.
∎ Fair knowledge on social & electric media marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years of experience in which 5 years in relevant field

Salary: Negotiable
