Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a property salesperson or negotiator, you will be working for an estate agent and using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
∎ As well as finding new clients and convincing them that your agency is the right one to handle their sale, this specialist sales role also involves helping to advertise properties.
∎ Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
∎ Assist in all new customer accounts and update current accounts to provide efficient services.
∎ Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
∎ Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
∎ Coordinate with marketing executive and determine sale of new products to current trading center.
∎ Prepare efficient plans to systematize sales strategy.
∎ Monitor all customer issues and resolve customer related problematic issues and grievances on site.
∎ Perform market research and analyze companies' procedures to achieve all targets.
∎ Must good knowledge about English & Computer Skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in any reputed real estate company
∎ Should have strong negotiation skills for selling
∎ Practical experience as sales & marketing in real estate & developer sector.
∎ Have to conduct Direct or Face-to-Face Selling.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and drive results across multiple functional areas, including marketing and business development.
∎ Have to be self-motivated and innovative to accomplish objectives.
∎ Customer and market understanding are needed.
