∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
∎ Install and configure Active Directory services for users, groups, computers, and network resources.
∎ Provide IT Support Service & IT System Management (Installing and Managing Windows-7,8,10, 11 and Windows server-2012/2016 R2.)
∎ Configure, maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN to rectify any network deficiencies or to enhance network performance.
∎ Manage company’s router, switch and various kinds of network devices and also responsible for designing and implementing wireless architectures.

∎ Maintain the company’s internal & hosted network infrastructure including Wi-Fi Systems, firewalls, Servers, Switches and PABX telephony Systems.
∎ Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
∎ Implement and manage ERP System and work collaboratively with various team leaders to analyze the effectiveness and efficiencies of ERP System. Prepare Implementation plan for different ERP modules and continuously test, evaluate and improve the system to meet the requirement.
∎ Install & configure latest / market available electronic device and equipment (laptop, mobile, other devices) and providing support for desktop & Laptop users.
∎ Manage, update and troubleshoot the company’s security surveillance and access control system.
∎ Maintain company’s IT product inventory and focus on process improvements and developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for new IT product deployment.
∎ Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement and Providing direction for IT team members.
∎ Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by Officer/Manager/Management.
∎ Report to the line manager and perform any other task assigned by management.
