∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting Preferably with CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, cash management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect cash and petty cash from depositor, check and monitor cash report on a regular basis.
∎ Check Sales and Receivable report and match with sales software.
∎ Check petty cash expenses bill when bill send to CHO for audit.
∎ Communicate with depot accountant and solve their problem regularly.
∎ Monitor party wise credit (party ledger) and communicate with Dealer, Accountant, Depot in-charge.
∎ Check depot account with all supporting document and balance confirmation with ERP in a monthly basis.
∎ Check bank reconciliation and balance confirmation and bank statement taking from bank directly.
∎ Flow-up Market Credit and verify them according to procedure.
∎ Verify and justify cash and bank balance regularly.
∎ Check and monitor stock report frequently.
∎ Program wise sales monitoring
∎ Check monthly damage, target incentive, and others adjustment on a regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Sound Interpersonal Skills
∎ Practical experience in using Microsoft Office package and accounting software like ERP, Tally etc.
