∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Have sound knowledge in company registration, government permission (Ex: BIDA, Bank and Income tax authority, NBR).
∎ Experience in any Tax & VAT-related work for company.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills in English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure total work of accounts & finance department.
∎ Regularities of Tax & VAT and the filing of monthly VAT return (9.1) And the Declaration for Transactions.
∎ Maintain Bank-related works applicable for VAT & Tax purposes.
∎ Relevant records to ensure compliance With VAT and Tax issues.
∎ Preparation and Submission of VAT Return and maintaining VAT records.
∎ Precise application Of TDS & VDS as per prevailing laws and regulations.
∎ Customs Duty & Taxes & SD Calculations and Landed Cost Sheet Preparation.
∎ All types of license renewal and registration.
∎ Managing Payroll for Local and Expatriate employees.
∎ Obtaining and renewing Visas and Work Permits for expatriate employees.
∎ Audit for Annual Financial Statements.
∎ Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
∎ Manage and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany transactions.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
