∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Shopping mall

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
∎ Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Identifying potential target market and develop strategy to gain market share.
∎ Identifying customer's business need and proving them with appropriate solutions
∎ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through extensive market visits, networking, and any possible channels, contacting and converting Leads into Sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Knowledge about market trends, business development and sales.
