Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the collection targets that are periodically set by management.
∎ To be in responsible of debt and cash collection in relation to business sales.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
∎ Client Follow-Up for the Purpose of Collection.
∎ Sending emails to the client for the purpose of collecting overdue fees and registration costs.
∎ Regularly updating MIS software.
∎ Customer Follow-Up for New Sales Following Payment.
∎ Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
