Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 27 years
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in commercial & logistics, preferably in export-import business. (Prior working experience with forwarder company will get preference)
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, banking procedures, and customs rules.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle complete export-import documentation (LC, TT, C&F, shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.).
Maintain liaison with banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
Negotiate freight rates, logistics contracts, and oversee transport management.
Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.
Prepare, review, and submit commercial documents to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maintain proper records, reports, and trackers for commercial and logistics activities.
Provide support in budget planning, cost analysis, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Knowledge in Container stuffing, forwarder handling
Any other task assigned by the management
