Hotel booking.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle International and Domestic air ticket reservation.
Manage Hotel Booking as per client requirements (both inbound & outbound).
Provide travel information, flight schedules, and hotel options to clients.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for bookings, cancellations, and reissues.
Maintain accurate records of booking, payments, and customer profiles.
Respond to client queries via phone, email, and social media.
Follow up with client for confirmation, documentation and feedback.
Support visa team when required with documentation and communication.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely service delivery.
