CCTV Maintaining, IT Support Service, IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and Maintenance of CCTV camera
∎ Planning, managing CCTV Camera purchase requests
∎ Administrate verification of purchased CCTV, product R&D and quality control
∎ Overseeing administration and maintenance of our software/hardware
∎ Interacting with internal & external clients on all levels to resolve IT-related issues on a timely manner
∎ Installing, synchronizing, troubleshooting and managing access of employees in the door access system
∎ Managing all door access related issues and trouble tickets
∎ Planning and executing door access system collaboration with admin team
∎ Providing direct desk to desk support to do the site survey for deploying IT devices & services
∎ Guiding employees processes of using, installing, replacing hardware and software
∎ Finding and managing vendors to arrange servicing of unwarranted products
∎ Servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting local Network
∎ Verifying and installing purchased products
∎ Configuring and controlling new IP Phone and IP Phone server and maintain server accordingly
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have expertise on CCTV Camera Management and Customer Support Management
∎ Knowledge on optical fiber related work is added advantage
∎ Possess a curious mind, willing to work independently and with cross-functional teams
∎ Expertise on MS-Office
∎ Candidate skilled on motor biking/cycling will have an added advantage
∎ Good command on written and verbal communication skills
∎ Have to work both Gulshan-1 and BHTC Gazipur (Kaliakoir)
Salary: Negotiable
